Mocno gronowy aromat, słodycz na początku, wyraźna kwasowość pod koniec, stajnia as usual. Nie powala. Wersja cognac na zawsze w moim sercu

Kwasnosc w cytrynowa poszla, w sumie dosc fajna acz moze ciut za wysoka. Lekka piwnica? Dosc grzeczny, acz w tle sianowaty ewidentnie. Brandy bym jie zgadl, acz sa tu jakies nutki slodkie, ktore moze od niej pochodza. A moze od lekkiego utlenienia? Cacy

It has now been given time. Must agree, improved with age. Aroma of almost yellow stone fruited spontaneous beer with a hint of acetone. Sweeter and way lighter than Bruocsella. Body and carbonation more up my valley. Laid back brettiness. Wonderful.

Heavy, vinous, oaky, sweet apples, overripe plums, musty and cheesy. Complex and nice. Finishes off with some astringent backburn
