EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Cool to finally try this. Really well executed beetroot character. Bit demanding to drink on its own but I’m sure it’s amazing with the right food pairing.

Red beets upfront, earthy, sour, wood, funk and dry. Paired with cherries with elderflower, kefir and beets. Another nice pairing.

Rakt av röbiddelager. Smakar inte så mycket lager. Säger sig självt egentligen. Riktigt god lambic diggade ändå inslaget av rödbeta istället för körsbär eller något skit. Fin asså.

Overtuigend en uniek, de volle smaak van de rode biet gaat goed samen met het zuurtje van de lambiek. Nog mooi funky van de gist, kan me voorstellen dat een food compare hier zeer op zn plaats is.

Beetroot, beetroot and lots of beetroot. Really earthy as you'd expect, not as tart as I expected. Sharp and clean at the back end.

Fresca y crujiente, muy terrosa, sabe a remolacha (mucho) pero también a grosella y rosas. Gran equilibrio dulce-ácido con final seco, muy bebestible.
