Kicks off with a quite sharp and almost acidic sourness, quickly fades over to a more funky character with notes of fermenting fruit and wild yeast. Absolutely nice to drink plus the location serves free snacks that pair very well!

Wrong glass but marvelous beer. Cheese on the nose, as well as some funk. 2 YO cuvée. Hops is still there and add unbelievable freshness and fruitiness to the Gueuze. Add layers and deepens the taste with a bright finish. Out of this world, young or aged

A nice departure from the tart weirdness. This one has a super tasty hop flavour, with some mild grassy notes and hunts of citrus.

Last time I had this was during our wedding dinner… think I’ll remember it a bit better this time…it certainly was a worthy bottle for the occasion…as is this draft today…to an amazing run Spuyten Duyvil. TY!

Burunda yeşil elma, üzüm sirkesini andıran bir burun. Güzel yeşil notalar. Saman. Çok zevkli burun. Oldukça rüstik. Fresh. Damakta oldukça ekşi. Şerbetçiotunu getirdiği yeşillik çok zevkli. Çok güzel bira 🍻
