A nice departure from the tart weirdness. This one has a super tasty hop flavour, with some mild grassy notes and hunts of citrus.

Last time I had this was during our wedding dinner… think I’ll remember it a bit better this time…it certainly was a worthy bottle for the occasion…as is this draft today…to an amazing run Spuyten Duyvil. TY!

Creamy, cheesy in both taste and texture. Maybe im imagining the latter. Funk, wood, apple juice.
