La bière que j’avais le plus hâte de boire à cette dégustation et c’était très bon. Encore plus intense que la Drogone en terme d’intensité tannique et de vinosité. Le vin en revanche je n’ai pas pu le boire.

Une coche en haut de Drogone en terme de présence du raisin et d’intensité dans les saveurs amenée par ce cépage. Un vrai délice 👌

Improbable de reboire ça en trois semaines au Québec et vraiment chanceux ! Content de pouvoir y regoûter sans le vin qui je trouve l’éclypsé

Red grape fruit flesh, outright red wine, also all the ripe red berries and deep dark cherries, very round smooth aged lambic underneath, complementing the vinous notes with softest mildly funky and lactic excellence. Amazing.

Tu sporo piwnicy i skory, a nad to wychodza winogrona, a raczej wisnie i wanilia, mega intensywne, lpk? 4,6, s: slodkie, winogronowe, waniliowe i mega dzikie, lekki occik, ale owocki w polaczeniu ze stajnia klasa, najlepsze dzisiaj 4,5 overall.
