Just missing that great funk and complexity thats common after some years in the bottle. This needs aging for sure. Superb grape taste in this vintage. Will revisit in a couple of years. Se ya buddy!

Pestkowe, kwaskowe, skórkowe, cierpkawe, ale bez tanin. Winne, czerwonoowocwe, może subtelne gówienko i lekka askorbinowość. Takie mało krawędziowe bym powiedział.

Berries. Mildly cranberry like sum. Very little sour at start, but creeps in later with some vinegar.

Pretty straightforward red wineish grape aroma. Acidic, but not sour mouthfeel. Slight vinegar and again, straightforward juicy grapes. Tasty and balanced. 4.1-4.2

Mooier en gebalanceerder bier dan de nieuwe pinot noir van tilquin. Mooie zurige fruitigheid met een lichte zoete afdronk, wel weinig complex.

Bold carb, big grape intensity, tastes very fresh and bright, low funk, minimal complexity, touch of sharp sherbet to the finish, so drinkable

4.35. Very smooth and balanced. Juicy grapes. Not dry. Very low tannins. Has good potentials in aging.

C'est du super boulot mais attention à laisser aérer un peu dans le verre pour que aérer les tanin et que l'acidité se stabilise. Raisin, bois juste acide comme il faut un vrai petit vin avec un final sec
