Nice complex funky flavor. I dont know if that's the oak or the elderflower but lovely

I love it when (former) students are open to a new flavour experience, and this one has certainly hit the spot. Absolutely delicious this. The floral notes, the powdery nose, that lovely balanced pucker. Awesome.

Absolute karma win. Brought this as a gift to Obercreek, got gifted a can of Root & Branch in return. Straight win.

Just lovely. Granny Smith apples. Elderflower lambic in oak. Sharing with my pal Mikey.

A nose with a ton of funk & vinegar. Musty grapes, wet gym socks & Mexican cheese. Oak drives the palate with apple peel tannins & dust. This screams for ripe grapes & gnarley soft cheese. It’s cool on its own, but it needs fruit & cheese 2 b fully enjoyd

MissPours brought this back I'm our luggage, last trip. Despite having been to the tasting room twice and largish Cantillon cellar, this was my first Mamouche. Interesting black pepper verging on green pepper. Want to try one with some age on it, now.

2020 vintage. Great funk to this guy. Earthy and floral notes, for sure. That peppery seasoning that complimented the funk was a great touch you only get from wild fermentation.

Première fois pour ça. Je sais pas si c’est parce que tout le monde dit ça, mais Calisse que ça goûte le cornichons partout dans yeule… pi ça manque de funk cantillon

This Lambic is quite solid. It has a decent & complex vinous feel with a very nice elderflower presence and some good oakey notes as well. Dry mouthfeel releasing some light tannins & powerful yeast and earthy aromas. Loving this one a lot!

C’était assez intéressant comme expérience, la final est spécial style concombre/cornichon , mais sinon l’acidité est correcte et équilibrée
