Quite possibly one of the best Cantillons I’ve ever had; slight smoke, extreme funk, delicious cognac and sooo smooth!!

Vraiment content de pouvoir enfin y goûter, pas déçu du tout du grand art de la bière !

Erg goede geuze. Complexe smaak, en toch fris. Zachtzuur. De cognac rond de scherpte mooi af.

C and I were fortunate to get autumn packs and they arrived today. FINALLY trying 50N and god damn it does not disappoint one bit. Loads of cognac laced gueuzey funk. Less carb than I’d thought since the bottle is ~9 months old. Sublime. Let’s go BILLS🍻

Was concerned about carb, but have plenty here. Beautiful gueuze with an amazing cognac finish.

Today this was pure love. Barrels give a great flavour profile to a great base beer. After todays run and leaving 2020 behind I enjoyed it even more so

A complete saturation of lemon peel, citrus, a cornucopia of fruits, treated wood tannins, and everything else you'd want in a complex lambic.

Wow. The cognac adds some honey sweetness oak, balances so well with the lambic funk and low acidity, just tremendous, thanks Evan M.

Less sour than a gueze, hints of cognac, super smooth, absolutely delicious

Yes. Insanely complex but delicate. Cognac blends with the citrusy lambic notes super well. The signature Cantillon gym sock funk is there but not overpowering

Blend #6 courtesy of Eric G. and this might be one of my favorite Cantillon bottles to date. Nose is full of tobacco and vanilla soaked funk. There's a potent tang and aged hop character to it as well as some stone fruit on the back. Outstanding!

Very strong barrel, and I love it. Definitely less bright than your typical lambic. Really love it, but loses some of the qualities I love about lambic. Thank you so much Nick B.!

Complex funk. Chewy body. Earthy but not grassy. Decent presence of the cognac spirit without overwhelming. Really awesome.

Perfect. Never thought I’d be happy to get my hands on this guy

Drink it a higher temperature and is absolutely perfect: lambic funk, minerality, cognac barrel, sour notes, bitter, dense and silky body, medium carbonation, very balanced.

Cognac soaked basement, lemon meringue pie, grape skins. Gorgeous well rounded blend, absolutely worth every penny.

Kwiatowe, funky, ocet, słodkawy aromat. W smaku mega, bardzo kwaśne, ale też bardzo dużo się dzieje, octowe, a jednocześnie słodkie, czuć szlachetny alkohol, mega
