Mengeling van Lambik gebrouwen op 30 november 2016 en 6 december 2016, gerijpt in Cognac vaten en gebotteld op 10 maart 2020. Blend of lambic brewed on 30 November 2016 and 6 December 2016, aged in Cognac barrels and bottled on 10 March 2020.

Excellent ☺️ That's funky, woody, oak barrel, dry apple 🍏, a tad sourness, rustic tones, subtle cognac vibes 🥃, beautiful smooth feel, a real treat 🥰 paired with old gouda & mimolette 🧀👌, even this big bottle is too small 😅 Bottled 28.02.20
