Very clean, crisp, delicious lambic from the family owned sourced. Complex flavor profile, no carbonation.

Lemony grape must, apples, fresh bright grains, quite mellow acidity for a young Lambic. Great. Wish I didn't need the remaining 2.5 litres for blending 😜

Sweet, funky but savoury nose. Green apple skins, cheese rind and oaky mellow backdrop. Just a touch of lactic sourness. Vintage cider like warmth. Old mown hay. Exceptionally refreshing. Nice dry, funky finish with some residual sweetness.

1/3 pint - dry and pleasant lambic with a little barrel character. Very tasty.

Abv 5% Kleur: helder geel. Geur: boter en groene appel. Smaak: zacht geen c02, diacethyl en groene appel.

Probably the best 12 months lambic I've tried. Slightly sweet. Dry finish.

Wonderful sour flavor with a fruity aroma. Picked up splashes of white grapes, lime, grapefruit, and apple.

Geel bijna helder 🍺 met geen schuim. G licht zurig, wat fruitigheid, Brett, iets bloemen. S geen CO2, licht zurig, maar niet extreem. Vrij zachte smaak.

Fascinating to get a taster of the 1 year lambic. As expected, it is much sweeter than the Geuze and basically flat.
