1/5/21 bottle….Some nice raspberry, but way too sharp as is tradition with Gambrinus. Some vinegar, and ketchup acid especially as it warms. Still better than hommage tho. 3.4

For sure not their best batch...you know it's still well done, very fruity, maybe too fresh also with some unripe fruit flavors. Has a very small hint of acetone. 3.6, might reach a 3.75.

Riktig bärbomb, med kompakt bombmatta hallon som smattrar i backen. Tyvärr också en syra i överkant, vilket minner om amlam, eller om man så vill 3F:s senare grejor. Hoppas inte Loon går den vägen. Med bättre balans hade detta varit väl över fyra.

Eerste bier van 2023 in de zon! Riekt zoet naar framboos en zoete kersensnoepekes. Maar het smaakt heeeel zuur. Stevige stuff. Met iets schuimend pepertabasco-achtig en rabarber aan de huig. Het pikante maakt het wat moeilijk drinkbaar. . Maar leuk hè!

Nez bien funky, framboise très discrète. Idem en bouche, le funk domine clairement la framboise, sans qu'il ne soit bourrin pour autant. Acidité franche, corps sec, un peu aqueux. Sympa mais la framboise est trop subtile au nez et en bouche trouves-je.
