Holy jam! It's very deep, and intense. Would not expect this at all. It's a bit unbalanced with all the fruit and a very assertive sour note. Works great with food though and is much more enjoyable as it warms. Thanks Dan H.

Le début de la bouteille m’a vraiment paru super sucré, sirop de framboises et acidité vive, mais pas l’fun. Le fond était mieux balancé avec la levure. Étrangement, je pense préférer Magic Lambic!
