Loads of raspberries, but also very dry, however not extremely sour!

Haven't had one this fresh in a bit. Tons of almost ripe razz. Deep dark color. Lovely.

Bouteille du 8 mars 2021. Très fruitée en jeunesse ainsi. On sent un côté acide se pointer derrière mais c'est tout doux. Meilleur que la kriek à mon sens. Merci Mathieu M. !

Stene’s new bar that he took ownership on about 4 years ago after leaving Akkurat. About 5 minute walk from it. Always has a Cantillon on tap and what a good one 😀

2021. Lucky to find this still on tap (and not listed online)! Smells bright, fruity. Light, sweet raspberry and vinegar. Easy drinking.
