First time trying this line from Cantillon. Started out super earthy with big floral scents (almost perfumy) and a vinuous nose. Very big pepper and spruce tip flavors tended to dominate the palate with slight green grape hints. Unique and tasty. 4.25

Funk on the nose, smooth, vinous, perfectly balanced, funk, slight tartness, depth of flavour with a drying finish. Delicious 🍻

The elderflower really rounds off some of the acidity with an almost vanilla aspect. Quite incredible

Floral, dry, elderflower, bitter lemon zest, balanced acidity, lemony. When on tap. Cheap too compared to Copenhagen.

Jakieś nuty, nie wiem, może kwiatowe są, ale bzu to bym się nie domyślił. Mocno dzikie, kwaśne, delikatnie octowe. Dosyć ostre.

Improved since the last bottle I tried. Less briney and tart now. Funky musty and quite citrusy, somewhat tangy and oaky with the herbal/floral characteristics coming through more now. Its a kinda weird combo but I'm here for it
