4.45. This time freshness in the finish. Green apple and stone fruit finish. Plaisir is so interesting that every time I can explore some new stuff.

2022, still flat at this point. Love how it tastes right now, the fact that it has no carb gives it more of an orange wine vibe abs it might be my favorite rendering of this beer so far. Curious to see how that blend will turn out later!

First time having a Cantillon Beer along with the wine used in it, great pairing! A little vinegary, but you really taste the different layers of the grape marc. 👌🏻

Very soft but intense floral nose, getting a deeper, more pungent, poached pear compared to the clean flavours of the Chenin Blanc.
