Very soft but intense floral nose, getting a deeper, more pungent, poached pear compared to the clean flavours of the Chenin Blanc.

One of the more funkier Cantillons for sure. Reminds me more of apricots than grapes. Super slight pepperoncini. Kinda wish this was more grape than apricot.

Very spicy white grapes with nutmeg, basil, distant white pepper, hints of musty lemons and grapes, funky grains, subtlest hints oftop balanced complexity.

Wow. I've been spoilt lately but this is possibly the pinnacle. The use of grapes gives big hints of white wine and a slightly softer finish but not without that yeasty funk

Grapey one. Gently sour, with sweet tones. Whitey winey. With some stone fruits traces.

10th Birthday Lambiczoon. Molto delicata. Naso molto leggero ma in bocca non sembra quasi di Cantillon per quanto è morbida.
