Same fantastic flavor as I remember. Tons of red wine grapes. Light tart finish.

Perfect blend of a lambic and wine. Tannic with Cantillon character (farmhouse and funk).

Gros raisins rouges. Superbe travail qui rend l'ensemble très vineux et tannique. À côté de ça, on retrouve une bonne dose de funk et un peu de tonneau. Subtile et complexe, un régal.

You get the merlot grapes as a tannic, earthy, musty addition to the lambic. A nice assamblage to bring together these two worlds, but not a personal favourite. I would have Vigneronne anytime before this.

Zacht. Zeker Lekker maar nog aan de jonge kant. Mist nog diepgang/nuances.

美味しーい！ カンティヨンの中で、一番好きなビール。久しぶりに飲んだけど、決して思い出補正ではなく今飲んでも最高に美味しい。酸味強すぎない程よいランビック感、お料理にも合わせやすい。
