BL to the D! More robust grape quality than D’Aunis but less than Lamvinus.. Medium tannic structure.. Light cellar & woodsy funk.. Fitting mellow acidity.. Quite palatable 😋👌

EB from this Thursday. Tasted blind for the others. Tasty stuff and a bonus perk was we offered some to a couple of wine geeks who were having a tasting in the same cellar as us and they got some aglianico wine for us to try.

Du très fin day drinkin' avec ce rouge pétillant et rocailleux. Le funk signature Cantillon laisse beaucoup de place à l'expression du raisin. Tout sauf fâché de boire ça au bord du feu.

This feels more acidic and aggressive than what I had a few months ago, but still very complex, grapes, sour cherries and funk.

Lambic and accompanying wine. The wine is grape skins, some spice, dry finish. The beer pours a lovely soft reddish, nose of soft red wine and funk, palate is a beautiful mix of mouthwatering base of mildly tannic red wine qualities, with all of the soft

4.4. Earthy, grape with a bit of pepper and a damp funkiness to it. Medium body and good carbonation. Nice complexity and interesting grape execution.

Super équilibré, jolis tanins, très peu d'acidité, à fond sur le noyaux

Unreal. Incredible taste of tart red grapes, funk, oak, with a tame acidity. Hope to revisit again one day. Also one of the best damn bar beer list in the world.

Sweet red berries and grapes, low acidity, mid-funk, very easy drinking this - could absolutely glug it down but with plenty going on to keep interesting
