Du très fin day drinkin' avec ce rouge pétillant et rocailleux. Le funk signature Cantillon laisse beaucoup de place à l'expression du raisin. Tout sauf fâché de boire ça au bord du feu.

Really juicy. Doesn’t have the heavy tannins I was expecting but does finish quite dry. Mild funk, some barrel. Bloody great

Scent is nicely funky, taste is berry juice. Bit funky. Quite subtle but decently flavoured.

Berry infused distinct lambic aroma. Medium body, slightly sweet, tart mouthfeel. Juicy grapes, some oakiness, dries towards the palate. Aftertaste is bit absent unfortunately.

Berries and touch of sour at start. Shortly after taste vanishes and only mild dry aftertaste remains.

Opened up very nicely after letting it sit for a while.

EB from this Thursday. Tasted blind for the others. Tasty stuff and a bonus perk was we offered some to a couple of wine geeks who were having a tasting in the same cellar as us and they got some aglianico wine for us to try.

BL to the D! More robust grape quality than D’Aunis but less than Lamvinus.. Medium tannic structure.. Light cellar & woodsy funk.. Fitting mellow acidity.. Quite palatable 😋👌

When I first tried this in last year, it was really hard to differentiate whether natural wine or lambic. After bottle conditioned, more but subtle carbonarion gives weight for lambic. Juicy and vivid grape flavor.

Fantastic. Slightly sweet, vinous red grape skins, balanced acidity. Nutty oak finish. Cindy’s favorite.

Just wonderful. You can feel red wine, cherry, and raspberry characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. This is a very unique one among Cantillon beers. Clean, dry, refreshing, and cool. Not what I expected but a welcome surprise.
