Tons of carb on the bottle. Better with age, the rhubarb was faint before and now if completely miss if it I didn’t know it was there. I was worried it would be sulfur, but there was a ton of sweetness still.

Vinous and oakey with a decent acidity provided by the rhubarb addition. Delicate, amazingly balanced and structured mouthfeel. Light-bodied & dry finish. A true belgian delicacy!

La rhubarbe est bien sentie, presque râpeuse. Bonne acidité, mais tolérable. Les saveurs restent présentes longtemps en bouche. Finale râpeuse, ça gratte sur la langue et le palais. Pas mal funky.
