Lambic mixed with Poulsard pomace. This smells (and tastes) like a natural wine, with a hint of gueuze acidity. Wonderful.

Vinosa, rotonda, gli acini sembrano passiti (aroma ricorda vagamente il fico d'india appena raccolto e sbucciato), intensa, non troppo carbonata, minerale. Finale vinoso ma non alcolico

Very hard, green like, aroma that reminds of grappa. Very smooth on taste. Quite lovely, actually. The tannins are well balanced with the rest of the beer.

Weird consistency, almost like glue. Nose is very vinous with some glue. Taste is very interesting and complex. Not my favorite Cantillon but very interesting to try.

Weird consistency and color reminds a bit of a hard 🤔😁 but developes nicely after sitting in the glass for a bit and while it warms up. 4.10

Round 2. Very wine-esque. Almost like a rose. Light sparkling, long round finish. Quite unique yet very good.
