Winogornowych skurwieli czas. Strasznie winogronowe, naftowe fhui, gliceryna, z lekkim funky pazurkiem, 4,2, s: mocna nafta i kwasnosc, grejpfrut, no te biala winogrona dominuja, i sa fajne, nuta funky wyrazna, ale szkoda tego octu, mimo to 4,2 overall.

Gentle touch of floral, grapes, young grapes. Vinous. Mildly sour, more a blend then an amphorae aging. Some cheesy and muddy came out through on finish within a thin note of vinegar. It’s good and has potential. 4.20

Lekker! Heel fruitig, zou niet meteen zeggen dat het druif is. Ook speciaal pompelmoes kleurtje. Ietsje zoeter, gebalanceerd zuur, klein bittertje maar geen tannines. Heel verfrissend eigenlijk voor rode druif lambiek

Almost like a raspberry peach vibe to it. Peach melba lambic. Interesting grape variety for sure, with some blue grape notes coming through. Close to 4.50

Earthy, mature cheese, some pink grapefruit, orange marmalade, and violet aroma. Crisp and dry, very lingering and pleasant.
