Curry wine 🤤 sweet and savoury - loving it. Lambic with same notes as well, with less curry and more funk.

Wine : Wow. Amazing nutty toasty sherry aroma. Toffee and caramel. Flavor more tart. Much more a dinner wine than dessert. Surprising. But lovely toasty notes. Beer : nice tartness with the dry toasty finish. Not as powerful as the wine. More elegant.

Not as much vin jaune character as 2019/2104 bottles. Probably very nice with a larger pour than just a tasting

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Life is indeed Belgian. Curry/walnut-notes are very dominant, almost vulgar, but I must confess I still love it. Mind blowing now but will be even better and definitely more elegant with some age.

Kibel prawie nathowy, rabarbarowe, winogronowe, skorzane, serowe, kiblowe, funky pazur potezny, 4,3, s: kwasne, octowe, rosolowe, naftowe, kwasne, winogronowe, sciagajace, nuta funky potezna, rosol jak patrzy, 4,3 overall. W ciemno smakuje lepiej xD
