Lots of brett, nice acidity, wet oak, herbal bitterness in taste. Rich taste and lots of body. Really nice blend, suits perfectly with herring Im eating at the moment

Celebrating my engagement to Juliette L. with a delicious lambic.

What a beautyyyy! Usually tart sours are not really my thing but this is fantastic! Really grateful I’ve been able to taste a Cantillon beer 😍 (And yes I also bought it because it has my name on it 😏)

First try of Iris. More robust malty body and bitter than a typical Cantillon beer. Not my favorite from them, but still delicious.

Pounded green herbs, damp hay, mushrooms, pretty floral notes & a soft lactic cheesiness aroma; taste it tart lactic acidity, grassy (think liquidised green herbs) apricot, it’s more biscuity than usual for a lambic; then red wine oak barrels & brett funk

Nice slightly sweet apple. Bitter finish, not flat, but I can see it becoming so in a couple of years. Enjoyed it.

Super bonne bière! On goûte bien la barrique et y’a un petit goût herbal/spicy! Très top!

Darker and a little more tart than the classic Cantillon, but when down an absolute treat.

쐐~~~한 허브느낌의 캐릭터가 맥쥬를 지배함. 달달함과 새콤함조화도 좋고....좋은데...흠... 너무 쐐해서 그런가 내취향과는 살짝...?

Deep flavors, surprisingly some maltiness. Quite sour, some hay and stable as well. Nice vinegary ending. Really good.
