Tart, acidic and thick with a floral build up. Perfect way to bring in the new year.

The homework begins. I enjoy Iris but Cantillon definitely make better beers. Fairly soft and fluffy but enough tart apricot and sourness to make it enjoyable. A strong start.

Nice brew. I do like the hoppy flavor this Lambic-ish style ale brings to the table, but some more age would send it over the moon. Good now, better later.

Classic cantillon geur en mondgevoel, en lekker floraal door de hoppen. Er zit wel een lichte azijnachtige off flavor in deze fles. Prachtig kleur ook btw.

Lots of brett, nice acidity, wet oak, herbal bitterness in taste. Rich taste and lots of body. Really nice blend, suits perfectly with herring Im eating at the moment
