Without a doubt the best limbic I've ever had. A nice tart with awesome light fruit flavors.

Soirée 100% Cantillon 11/11. Funk boisé bizarre, abricot pas mûre, surette. Pas ma préféré dans les fruits.

Gruwelijk straf in het zuur. En dan vol in de abrikozen. Die combi is zo mooi. Zoet, zuuuuur, zoet. Maar dus vooral het zuur. Maar dan met abrikoos. In your face.

Ma première fou. L'attaque est acide, sur labricot peu mur, mais très vite il se fait de plus en plus présent, sucré, en restant sur le noyau. C'est légèrement funky. Une vraie tuerie.

Initially quite tart, but evened out as the bottle warmed & emptied. Delicious!

Left. Less soft and lushly apricot than when fresher, but without the smoothness of gueuze maturity. Still such an amazing beer.

This is incredible. The apricot sweetness has mellowed over time, but the tartness definitely stayed. Medium dry, and a bit of funk at the end. Never seen Cantillon on draft before!
