This is incredible. The apricot sweetness has mellowed over time, but the tartness definitely stayed. Medium dry, and a bit of funk at the end. Never seen Cantillon on draft before!

Camadas de complexidade.. muita fruta de caroço, sobretudo pêssego e damasco. Tenho curiosidade de tomar mais fresca

I don’t want to downgrade the rating, but the beer has become considerably more tart and some of the lushness of the fruit has fallen off. That said, it smells dreamy!

Fantastic. Elegant and juicy bright deliciousness. Don’t even remember how I stumbled on this bottle but damn what a beautiful day for it. Nice tartness that is nuanced by sweet apricots and a lot of minerals

The Fou' Foune is always one of my favourite lambics from Cantillon. Great peach/apricot flavour

Peach rings. Nez raffiné mais à la fois dans ta face. Les pêches sucrée et cantillon sont un match parfait. Texture agréable mais jamais too much.

Left. Less soft and lushly apricot than when fresher, but without the smoothness of gueuze maturity. Still such an amazing beer.

Initially quite tart, but evened out as the bottle warmed & emptied. Delicious!
