Interesting one. Nice to finally try. Found it quite sour, with a definite salinity to it. I didn't really perceive any sweetness. Thankfully the lambic prevailed underneath the sea buckthorn flavour and added some woody complexity.

Lambic i lättare stil. Skir fruktighet som växte först med luft och värme. Vet man inte vilket bär det är i hade man nog inte gissat det. Kvalitativ, men totalt slaktad av kusinen soleil.

Def thin profile and body. No deep contribute from the lambic. On the other side, the berries are very particular and gives an original taste. Mildly sourness and tartness, a bit watery. Some lemon-cedar on finish too. 3.85

This is funky and weird for sure 😁 very floral taste, almost chemical-like.. not bad! Just... weird haha

Nice, lasting acidity. A tiny funk and the fruits more round it of than flavour it. Tasty

I confirm it’s very thin and watery. Lively wild berry and funk, fresh meat of the fruit like jam, but really really light body. Lambic is still under the surface, way overridden by fruit. 3.70

Nose is similar to standard cantillon lambic bio. Salty seaweed taste. Not my favorite lambic but glad to have tried it.

Really loved the 18 small guy of this beer, but this is pretty weird even for sea buckthorn. Has a little bit of sea shell, and oyster on the nose. Ton of carb with notes of pickle juice, gose, Belgian beer/plum, dirty/tart 🍋, and intense lactic funk.

Very tart dry astringent acidic Sea buckthorn. Not appreciated at all by my mainly lager drinking buddy. Far from undrinkable to me; also pretty far from exceptional.

Winy and cidery, like a fine small bubbly champagne. Under the lambicy nose lies a flat and young, almost raw sea-buckthorn lambic brew. Sourness is moderate, not over the top, and easily drinkable. Did the older batch have more buckthorn?

No wali zielonym groszkiem, kto by sie spodziewal, a Florian mowi, ze to sie nie rozni miedzy tymi butelkami wysylanymi do Helsinek, nawet Rami czuje gorszek, 3,3, s: nagazowane, owocowe, grejpfrutowe, groszek juz nie jest tak wyrazny, ale jest, 3,4 over.
