A forgotten Saturday one. As fun as the Zwanze pour is this was very much last and least on the day. Quite simplistic orange syrup/liqueur flavours. Zest more than flesh. No funk.

This is way better than the version they served at another brewery, according to my friend (pictured) who was there without me despite originally inviting me to attend with him. Lovely orange flavor with a slight bitter finish.

Very light body. Crisp. Brett character very light. Light oak. Citrus grapefruity bomb. Would be a summer crusher. Perfect Beach ⛱️ beer. Happy Zwanze Day!!

Zesty (almost bitter) orange and light cedar notes. Slightly astringent. The citrus/orange notes are the focus with everything else showing up on the backend.

This was fine but not quite what I was hoping for from a citrus lambic. Too much zest/rind. Reminiscent of a low grade industrial cleaner. Fun to try but don’t need to revisit anytime soon.

Zwanze 2021. Jag kallade den lite styvmoderligt för brustabletten under kvällen, smakade resorb/multivitamin. Hyfsat god apelsinton kall, men allt mer aggressiv med värme; till slut olidligt så. Hint av citron. Tog mig inte igenom 20cl på hela Zwanze.

Second time I missed the Zwanze-day, but not the lambic itself 😅 Lovely, yet quite sharp. Not as juicy as I have seen from everyones comments. More peel-aromas than fruit-flesh. Would like to try this again after a year to see if the sharpness fades

Brisk and sweet orange meets tart lemon. Combination works. Tartness of lambic takes over on midway. 3.9

Tart citrus and zesty lemon peel. More traditional lambicy notes in the middle. Finishes with orange pulp and oakymess. Pleasant, easy and summery. 3.9

Zwanze! Dry, champagne bubbles. Then cilantro, apples and lemon juice. Finally orange peels.

Way better to taste with a clean palate, super easy, very on bitter orange 🍊, zesty & tart, but no funk, and light aftertaste, still lovely ⛱️🏖️

Pomarańcze, zest, kwiatowo, bergamotka, gówienko + rzeczywiście nieco kibelkowo się to kojarzy. W smaku ładny, cytrusowy kwasik, lekko dzikie, dosyć solidna gorzkość, zest, albedo mocno. Finisz bardzo soczysty i przyjemny. 3.9 na zachętę

LCI zwanze. Smells of bathroom cleaner. Taste was actually pretty good, the cedar gave it a nice dry balance
