Zwanze2020. Har en märklig doft av rök och chark. Smaken är torr och flyktig. Skira druvor drunknar i floralitet. Frukt, bittra stjälkar och innan du vet ordet av så är den redan borta.

What I really like about this kind of beer is that I can sip them really slowly. Can’t do that even with imp stouts sometimes:)) Bit like a very good cider to me. I should be ashamed that I can't appreciate :)

10/12/20. After a round of disc golf with Dave. This is getting worse…same notes as last 2 check-ins but so much wet dog cereal in the finish. We struggled to get through this. The earth is warming, and so are these gwayzeeees

There’s a strange ‘nutty’/‘malty’/‘musty’ vibe going on, it’s nice but an acquired taste

Many toliets on nose. Better on taste. Gets better by time but too impressive funky at the first time.

Eccellente il primo bicchiere con sentori e gusti vinosi caratterizzati da un’incredibile delicatezza. Dal secondo bicchiere in poi l’evoluzione è una demolizione Lambic: uva completamente scomparsa, sembrava di bere la loro Gueuze…un peccato!

Confermo, purtroppo, punteggio e sensazioni provate all’apertura dello stesso batch di ottobre 2020 qualche mese fa: decadimento dell’uva clamoroso che non lascia spazio ai suoi cenni migliori. Timida pesca acerba e citrico con finale astringente.
