2020 version - Season 19/20 Bottling date: 17 June 2020 Blend of rhubarb with one and two year-old Lambic One tank of rhubarb lambic transferred into a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling. Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.

Aroma: rhubarb, raspberry, tomato juice, nettles, cheesy, barnyard, dirty funk, oak, vanilla. Flavour: sweet, fruity, slightly savoury, funky. Mouthfeel: light, delicate, medium high carb. Finish: funky, acidic. Lovely stuff again, similar to draft.
