En bouteille cette fois un côté gourmand un peu sucre presque confiture d'abricot avec un funk léger et agréable. Plus équilibré que le dernière fois et au top avec des huîtres

Overduidelijke perzik smaak, klein zuurtje. Licht wrang. Lekker fruitig en zurig. De smaak evolueert, erg lekker!

One of the better fresh Fou vintages IMO. Admittedly I’m also not a huge Fou fan but this one is great.

Soft funk, apricot flesh, vanilla, restrained acidity. I’ve had this beer aged and fresh now. The fresh experience is far superior. The apricot is bright. It shines. This beer is incredible.

Bottled on 17.08.2021. Super acidic and funky. Still lots of apricots but different ones than previously. Earthy. Herbal.

Слепая дегустация. Максимально ароматный абрикос на достаточно простой и лёгкой базе. Ароматика без изменений держится даже через час. Самое простое на деге. Опознал.
