BL 4.70! Damn this surely didn’t disappoint 😜 One of the Loons I’ve really been looking forward to try! Smooth texture.. Perfect level of acidity just below medium.. Light funk & elderflower presence.. Citrusy & herbal vibes.. Thanks a ton Lau S. 🙏🤓

나무껍데기 같은 쓴 향에 더불어 흙내음. 뒤에 살짝 꽃내음. 가벼운 느낌의 산미가 향의 거부감(?)드는 느낌을 잡아주면서 잘 어울림. 맛있는데 호불호 크게 갈리긴할듯. 4.3-4

A lot of funk for this young age. Popping with fresh elderflower, and crazy well balanced. Low acidity. Also white grape, rustic, slightly herbal, a touch of forest floor, old wood, dry. I think I'll need to drink all future vintages🌞. 4.6

Très beau mariage entre le sureau et le lambic de Cantillon ! Funk et aciditée/tart au rdv moins acide que d'autre quand même, c'est assez léger, un peu fruitée et boisé avec cette carbo toujours autant plaisante, effervescence quasi au top, un peu sec.

Excellent équilibre entre le sureau et le funk un beau corps une belle présence en bouche une jolie longueur. Le sureau est floral et poivrée le lambic a des notes de paille et de cuire c'est excellent

Fresh elderflower, lemon, apple, green pepper, dirty funk. Stellar again this year. Great to not miss this vintage, it’s pretty much on a par with St Lam as my favourite seasonal. Lovely.
