I was just dropping by and getting some growlers when I saw this - most expensive 150ml I bought in a while, but what a nice beer. I expected a more vinous beer, but it's very delicate in the finish, I almost get a hint of that Amarone.

Developed very nicely. Loads of grapes but the typical Gueuze drinkability.

Damn, heel veel stal en funk in zowel aroma en smaak. Zeer ronde smaak ook met een licht fruitig zuurtje. Ook deze weer kurkdroog !

Prachtige geuze! Dat stallige aroma dat erin zit. Funkt er helemaal door. Droge finish die lekker aanhoudt. Mooie pareling.

Evolution of this is such a work. Very similar to the GCB or GCB Brut. Barnyard, wild, sour, horse blanket, just a slight lactic note. Barrel and thin tannic/vinous note. Expected to be even more different in years. Great Zwanze.

Oak, honey, subtle white wine smell. Smooth and barely carbonated. Similar to the 3F vin jaune that we had the other day, but less oaky.

Op 3 verschillende Italiaanse vaten gelegen. Tannins van het hout proefbaar, kort fruitige tonen van Chianti en/of Sangiovese wat een beetje funk geeft. Daarna achter in de mond zachte tannines.

Avnjuter min första Zwanze på Cantillon i Bryssel. Otroligt gemytligt ställe där vi fick upptäcka hela bryggeriet själva. Ölen var väldigt bra, komplex med olika sorters vintoner och torkad frukt. Hade kunnat sitta här hela dagen 🍻🇧🇪
