2 yr old lambic, aged on Grenache Blanc white wine grapes from the Ventajou estate vineyard in Felines-Minervois, France. Wow. Just wow. Love the fourth notes, barrel tanks, and dry finish

Grape forward, some citrus and moderate acidity. Wet wood and some floral notes in the aftertaste. It follows the latest delicate white grape offerings from Cantillon. ⬇️4.40. Cheers to Mike for sharing this one.

Another one from the last weekend tasting. Another white wine lambic. It has all the characteristics of GB such as herbaceous & citrus notes, apple & acidity. Some stone fruits too. Kinda sweet. Nice. 4.40⬇️

Lambiek van 2 jaar met Grenache Blanc-druiven. Druiven zorgen voor iets meer zoet en iets meer complexiteit. Het proeflokaal is minder druk dan gisteren #JimiHendrix #bronkoop
