This might be the funkiest Cantillon lambics I've ever had, and the lack of carb drives that home. There's tons of leather and horseblanket filled funk that goes through both the nose and the palate. Very faint citrus notes on the back Unbelievable.

Exceptioneel complex en extreem zeldzaam. Dat belooft wat 😅. Redelijk plat maar wel vol van smaak. Gistig en hooi-ig. Ik hou d’r van. Bretttt. Stukje hooi in de mond is altijd gezond. Nou doei.

Quite unlike a Cantillon. Appears utterly flat, but there's a tight, harsh (pleasant) carbonic bite. Flavour much less delicate than most Cantillon, too. But all the better for it. Quite an acetic sourness? Tons o' Brett and grape skin. Hella complex.

Good despite the uncarb-ness, though it seems less characterful than Bruocsella, imo. Light funk, light acidity.

Really good funky number - lack of carb adds to the intensity some how.

Better than I expected for young uncarbonated gueuze. Still a bit of that weird soapy flavor they all have.

No carb at all, will let the other bottles rest for Some years

Still finding it wild that they made this one again and that I’m getting to try it. Not much carb, but fantastically funky and fruity nose, super tasty. This should age really well.

Prima geuze, nog wat plat en niet heel sprankelend. Kan me voorstellen dat deze met de jaren beter wordt.
