Of 4.3. Smaakt heel intens, bijna fruitig. Mooie hop in de neus en lekker moutig. Nog een beetje rijpen en zal top worden

Zielone chmiele, trochę metaliczności, lekkie kwiaty, cytrusowość, minimalnie stajnia. W smaku lekko kwaśne, trochę suchego drewna, dużo tanin. Na finiszu lekko ściągające, z dosyć solidną goryczką.

Aroma and initial flavour are heavily floral with orange, grapefruit peel, biscuit and some bread. It’s pretty sweet with bitterness present. Soft, light mouthfeel. Finish is bitter and slightly acidic. Really nice and distinctive from other Cantillon.

Świetne piwo. Kwasowość w punkt, wyraźnie kwiatowe, trochę nachmielone, lekkie świeże drewno w tle. Mimo dość wyraźnej pracy (na długo po otwarciu) w butelce wysycenie niezbyt wysokie. Ogólnie przyjemniaczek.

Nice funkiness up front , bit of a oily texture through it, light citrus, moderate sourness, really really balanced backend. Nice oak imparted too. Got a delicately floral presentation.

In der Nase säuerlich, blumig, Klostein. Im Geschmack sauer, Blume mit Blumenstengel, Grapefruit, Brausepulverprickeln. Holz trocken hopfenbittere Noten im Abgang.
