И ламбик и вино - недоделанный грубоватый херес. При таком градусе должно быть изящно, а не нахлобучивать (это про вино). Ламбик плосковат.

More sherry character than some months ago, still subtle though. Delicate oxidative notes but nothing to see with LVEB, very different. I think I need to try it again with more time to let it open up and enjoy its full potential. More age too?

18 avril. Quintessence. Dans mon souvenir je n’ai pas tant trippé sur la bière versus le vin. Je trouvais qu’il manquait quelque chose.

Honestly don't remember this much from Quintessence, one of the main reasons I'm not a big fan of big tastings anymore. Nothing like enjoy just one or a few beers in a sitting/day. Really enjoying this full bottle.

Fullbodied. Very sweet, almost like a desert wine. Bit of burning alcohol. Bitterish aftertaste. Damn this is great.
