Très bien équilibrée, acidité présente mais pas excessive pour un lambic, le dosage du raisin est spectaculaire, tirant même sur un goût fruité.J’adore le contraste du tanin et du funk. 4.80

LCI du friday night au Vices! Fait étrangement penser à une grape ale, mais fuckin trop bien réussi! Du raisin à mort, sur les effluves d'un excellent vin, belle effervescence en douceur, tannique juste assez! Une St-Lamv plus complexe! Insane!!!!

Wowzers. Gorgeous purple color. Balsamic nose. Grape fruitiness, quite dry and funky. Paired SO well with this creamy and slightly funky taleggio. Not everyday you see your team play a UCL knockout match. COYG
