Pairing crème brûlée aux panais et chantilly betteraves. Rien a voir avec les versions précédentes, c'est d'une finesse et d'une longueur de fou. Lychee ananas au nez, sauvignon blanc et chardo qu'on retrouve en bouche. Longueur et équilibre magistrale

Really splits the difference between the best parts of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay rounded out with a refreshing acidity and soft sourness. The nose has subtle wisps of smoke.

Gros bump de note. Bonne différence avec les 2 années antérieures. Plus complexe, moins tart. Minérale, vineuse, ample. Longue finale qui colle au palais. Notes terreuses. Vraiment excellent.
