This is really complex and hard. Whiskey barrel is pretty much overriding but not everything. Lots of citrus peel and still lambic to taste. Medium sourness and tartness, smooth vanilla and lingering dryness. Very nice one.

(French) Whiskey BA gueuze; spicy, heavy oak, mild bitter finish, and an excellent counterpoint to make of the softer gueuzes also on the table. Just a fun, memorable experiment. Big 👍.

Whiskey is all over it. Orange peel is more in the background but underlines it lovely

Maybe too much from the barrel, covering a bit the beer, but absolutely no defects and very well balanced one. 4.4 should do

Lovely! The gueuze takes most of the space but the Whisky really adds a boost, loads of vanilla and oak on the nose, a little toffee and caramel touch on the palate (Werter's Originals), oak... nice warm notes really working nicely with the base

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Wow! I had my doubts but the whiskey character on this one is amazing. Nothing too intense but enough to add another level of depth to an already amazing gueuze.

Lovely barrel profile. Big time vanilla, creamy oak, almost smokey, charry, mushrooms, dried apricot and tobacco. Hints of mint?

闻上去甜威士忌和话梅感，入口贵兹的话梅感和威士忌的味道，有点核的味道和扑面而来的苦味，威士忌的存在感还是比较强的，威士忌甜味为主，就是后面苦味较为突出，盖过了柔和的酸味
