Cantillon through and through. Tart just right, with a wonderfully chewy grape aroma. Very good and very dangerous.

Scarabée is great. Amazing spiciness from Traminer. Lots of aromatic suggestion and small curry notes. Noticeable tartness and balance. 4.40

Nice punchy grape Cantillon. Like Tarlantillon, this leaned more funky and lambic forward than most, for me. Bright, acidic grape, wood and a distinctly spicy and funky finish.

On the same tone as the Muscat, recalls a perfume 😅 much more intense than the muscat one, with less defects on the nose also. 4.15

21 avril Cantillon. Contente d’y goûter enfin. Gros nez de pâte d’amande Gewur. Belle acidité qui soutient bien le raisin très présent. À la fin, le nez est aussi bien mais en bouche on en a assez vite.

Lightly soapy, elder floral, little bit tarty and not that acidity. Little bit bitter with hoppy flavor, spicy at last. Vinous finish, and after drink funky smell came through throat to nose. Love it.
