Thanks Jarno D. Really full-bodied, oily palate. Taste and aroma has lots of pastry notes, buttery. Aftertaste fruity, ripe yellow stonefruits. Well balanced and tasty stuff, completely different style from other white grape lambics.

18 avril. Les petits bouchons. Cette bière avait qq chose de off. Trop de brett? On savait pas mais une chance que le reste de la soirée fût 10/10. Bouffe de feu, vins de feu, service de feu. À suivre sur Vivino

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Fruity and buoyant but still holds plenty of depth. Pretty adorable lambic.

4.35. Orange. less citrusy. The fruitiness is covered by lambic sourness. Very similar nose with the wine.

Nose is fruitier and milder than the wine’s. Palate a perfect balance of bright white grape and softly fruity funk. Nose gets cheesy with warmth.
