Vinös, hyfsat söt ändå och lite marmeladig. Komplex, speciell och svårt att sätta fingret på smakerna. Lite spretig.

Super interesting! You really get that Champagne profile coming through from the grape, gives it that Brut minerality. Yellow fruits as well, that should be very interesting to revisit in a while! Worked well with the parmesan pairing too. And that label!

Слаб я к шампуню, а тут ещё и бленд с удачным Канти. Получилось ярко, глубоко и вкусно! Пэйринг с возрастным пармезаном особо прекрасен. Надо больше таких экспериментов и тестинга таких шампанских. 4.55

Lci Quintessence. Absolute winnaar. Tarlantillon is een meesterwerk en de parmezaan deed daar niet voor onder. Wat een genot.

25% champagne, 75% wild goose. Lovely, grape-forward, grape skins, dry mineral finish. Citric acid. Good body. The sweetness and tartness well-balanced. Grape not hidden like in some other lambics. Would have again.

4.4? Very very interesting one, though the acetic note is present. But it takes so much from the champagne. An interesting attempt indeed.

Best white wine grape we had all weekend. Was actually taken back how good this was. Very complex and different than your standards, similar to menu pineau 19 we had on draft. No buttery fresh pressed grapes. Acidity, tannins, some stone fruit
