Wine and funk and perfection, all in one sip. Outstanding stuff. Thank you, Rod!

Lambic, vindruvor, fruktig, körsbär, ekfat, jäst. Sur, torr. Mycket trevlig!

Sweeter than usual lambics, like a mildly tart grape juice. Dark red/purple. Very fruity and juicy.

7% abv. Donkerrood/paars. Geur; lichte funk, fruit, zoetig. Smaak; rode druiven, bosbessen, lage zuurgraad, vanille, heel zacht, droger dan de geur doet vermoeden. Lange afdronk.

4.4. Even when it is only about a year in the bottle this has a great balance of funky merlot with a dry finish. Always a great accompaniment to some cheese and meats. Some pepper in the end from the grapes. Full.

Revisiting this fine blend. More than a year old and still very grape-forward.

Delicious classic from Cantillon. Slightly tart, lots of grape flavour. Oak on the finish with slight funk. More grape lambic vs some of the wine/beer hybrids they've been putting out recently. Great spring garden sipper.
