Den er lige lidt over D’Aunis og derfor får den 4,75. Måske havde den fået 4,5 hvis jeg ikke havde drukket den anden inden. Sindsygt lækker. Kompleks, rund og funky

4.4. Even when it is only about a year in the bottle this has a great balance of funky merlot with a dry finish. Always a great accompaniment to some cheese and meats. Some pepper in the end from the grapes. Full.

Delicious classic from Cantillon. Slightly tart, lots of grape flavour. Oak on the finish with slight funk. More grape lambic vs some of the wine/beer hybrids they've been putting out recently. Great spring garden sipper.
