This comes close to wine. A very nice wine too! A light sour, no carbon and a very dry finish. Top stuff.

Blijft toch een van m'n favoriete Canti's met weer heel veel funk, mooi aanwezig zuurtje, wat hooi, veel groene appeltjes en uiteraard geen koolzuur waardoor deze heerlijk vol en toch zacht is

Nose of green apple, stone fruit, soft grassy funk. Palate follows, mellow, insanely drinkable, suggestions of grape in the finish. Haven’t had this one for a while, and a few years after bottling it’s lovely.

16 avril Moeder Fontainas. Estique que c’était dans mon top 5 du voyage. Elle était tellement bonne, fromagée, parfaite température. Still for life.
