Un peu métallique, pas assez de rondeur, acidité acétique dérangeante. Certes c’est encore très jeune mais franchement pas la meilleure jeune gueuze du monde. J’espère que ça va évoluer vers quelque chose d’interessant parce que là pas très fan.

Dejlig nok, men den har noget bitterhed, der er lidt forstyrrende. Som det hvide i en citrusfrugt.

Dość agresywne jak na Canti, jednak podstawki z 3F bardziej do mnie przemawiają. W aromacie funky mocno, trochę serowych nut, lekka kanalizacja i octowa nutka. Zaskakująco słodkie, kwaśne mocno i ten octowy finisz na minus.

Loads of funk and complexity on the nose. Mild and complex on the tongue. Dry and woody, mild tartness.
