Ça sent la ferme, ça goûte la cerise et la framboise. Légèrement fumée. Acidité légère pour une Cantillon, pas de côté trop vinaigré.

Ohla zeer speciaal en complex bier zeg. Erg rokerig en dit werd extra gestimuleerd door de kaas. Fruitig en rokerig aroma met een lange krachtige afdronk. Leuke ontdekking waarbij we lang konden analyseren

Heel aparte lambik. In aroma rokerig, zelf wat 'inkig'. In smaak stevig zuurtje van bessen en gerookt dat lichter terug komt. Niet mijn favoriet, maar fijn om te proberen.

Earthy, tart, dry berries, almost smoky. Think cranberry crossed with baby beet and a young (raw) red wine. Some oak and funk with a lemon spritz.

A very interesting beer to try. The berry is intense. Smoky and fruity, kind of like a red grape, funky and leathery but the berries are intense. The smokiness, almost gamey flavor is ultimately difficult to wrap my palate around and truly enjoy.

Straight up Aronia berries on the nose, you wouldn’t guess that it’s a beer if you just smelled it blindly. A bit astringent but still very drinkable.

This is wild. Great funky berry. Lots of sweatiness. It’s strange. The flavor is more cocoa plant based for sure. Snow storm city.

4,15. Belle découverte en pression au sur mesure nantes. Beaux tanins venant de la peau de la baie d'aronia. Très intéressant. J'en aurai pour le coup bu quelques verres :)

Heeel speciaal door de rokerige toets die er mooi inzit zonder dat deze overheerst. Daarbij ook het fruitige dat er goed doorkomt. Zeer aparte combo maar daardoor ook een heel interessante ontdekking !
