Hard to say which one I preferred between this one, Racine and Plaisir. This one seems more lively, perhaps less balanced but as complex as the Plaisir with the fruitiness and slight vinous sweetness of the Racine.

Amazing aroma. Brings herbal, sulfury, peppery (bell pepper), vegetal. So pungent. Tart, acidic, wild, rustic. Funky, moldy. Tannic. A grape juice. Pretty elegant. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy/spritzy. Layered. Refreshing. Absolutely lovely.

Intensely aromatic of an explosively herbally cedar that leans into Palo Santo actually with a touch of toastiness and pungency on the nose, while taste is more lactic and dry, but also frothy of a funky grape tang. More new friend offerings.

7% abv. Do not realy like sour beers but i do know how to rate them. Only problem most of the time is my belly. But yeah, in my opinion over rated over hyped beer it is Cantillon. So ok, taste it, cherries/medium sour/ vinous.. ok brew.. good

Aroma is very complex and intense, taste as well. Medium-low acidity, good carbonation. Very spicy, ginger, grapeskin.

Nog even bij Cantillon langs op de terugreis. Prachtig. Witte wijn, druif, mooie funk en heerlijk verfrissend en droog/kruidig in de finish..
