Vacker färg! Härligt uppfriskande kolsyra. I smaken är det syrliga gröna äpplen med lite stall doft/smak.

Delicious! Funk all up in your bidness. Pithy lemon, bright acidity, dry, almost tannic finish. Great mirror/contrast with my salad of radicchio, golden beets, walnuts, and bleu.

Still dang tasty. Soft funk, mildly sour. Zero oxy. Vanilla/oak with some green apple.

C’était le fun de faire le comparatif avec la 3F 2016. C’est fou la différence. La première gorgée de Cantillon était tellement plus frais/floral. En se réchauffant le funk ressort et un mini cheese aussi. Bien aimé même si ne se compare zéro à 3F imo.

Cantillon funk, unripe apricot, soft wood, citrus, soft grape vinegar, subtle raw almonds. Great stuff, this beer aged beautifully. Really smooth for a lambic.
